The Tangent Table is created for dk3 by Danish architect and designer Anne Boysen. Inspired by organic forms and sculptural geometry, she has created a modern dining table that combines aesthetics and function in perfect harmony.  The table comes in a rectangular and a round version, each interpreting the distinct and original design characterized by its asymmetrical tabletop and unique base.  The design idea for the Tangent Table Round began with Anne Boysen’s wish to create a table, where everyone around the table can participate equally in the gathering. Other round tables with extension leaves can create too much distance, but the Tangent Table Round is made with closeness and socialization in mind.
